[PyDelhi] Research for PyCon India and PyDelhi

Hi folks,

This is a progress report. if you remember we had ventured out to find out
possible venues for PyDelhi conference and PyConIndia 2016.
Here is what we found out::

provide separate dining places just outside of audis.

 30,000 extra                            Available at no extra cost

|  Cost per audi + food + electricity + tax etc           Audi1:
1,85,000/day +             Audi's come with booking food for 70% of seats

    Audi 2/3/4: 50,000/day            we get two audis with booking food
for 500 people

    500 per person for food +      food: 1200(incl: taxes) per person

    5000 per projector +

    10,000 per day for 10Mbps

                       Availability and Booking
             both places need to be

                    booked least 6 months in advance.
