[Ncr-Python.in] Still looking for Volunteer Admins to mange this list

Hi all,
          i am happy to see some traction on the list and the group , as
usual would like some more hands who follow and understand the following

the list is pretty simple to manage

1) All the first time posters are moderated , the mod flag is removed by an
Admin .
2) Also i would like to see the mailing list guidelines enforced in some
way . The guideline is at the bottom of every mail we get , still i see so
many folks ignoring it :-) .
