[Moin-user] moinmoin2: how does sphinx are integrated

Currently, the only use of Sphinx is to create the moin2 documentation. Do "./m docs" to create the local docs in /docs/_build/html/. The usual way to access the docs is through the navigation User button, then Documentation (local).
