[Moin-user] BackLinks Slow

Hi Thomas,

I had that theory, but it did not seem to happen for me.  However, I
haven't investigated if the backlinks cache building process completes or
not.  I do clear the cache for 3 dynamic pages every 10 minutes or so, but
that doesn't touch the rest of the pages

I will investigate.
