Ok, my fix ( and I don't know why it works...) is to change

 ScriptAlias /mywiki /var/mywiki/cgi-bin/moin.cgi

to

 ScriptAlias /mywiki /var/mywiki/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/

in httpd.conf
