Am I missing something here?  :-)

I'd *love* to do exactly what you suggest but I don't think it's
possible is it?  If it is possible please tell me how....

How do I set the creation date of an article in moinmoin by entering a
date such as "23-Sep-2004" into moionmoin somewhere?
