[Moin-user] Upgrade to 1.9 problems

Hi.

I had this problem on my mac - it was caused by some not-loaded apache2 server modules. I have noticed, that if I disable Bonjour module, 1.8.x wsgi version works fine while 1.9 doesn't. Entries in the server error logs looked similar.
