[Moin-user] Use the same moin instance for two locations

Hi,

I wonder if it's possible to run one moin instance in two different
locations, say https://foo.bar/moin and http://foo.bar/moin whereas the
http location should offer read-only access for anonymous users and the
https location full access for authenticated users.

Any ideas if this scenario is supported?
