   There is macro to open a page in new window.
Download the macro from Macromarket here
Syntax:
 [[NewWindow("url ","Text name")]]
Every new page you create opens as a tab .

Is there any way to get particular external MoinMoin links to open in a 
new window or tab?  I spent some time poking through the help pages, but 
didn't find anything on this topic.  I'm assuming it's not supported,
