Hi Shawn,

If I understand what you mean by "non-numbered lists",
then the "Preserved Linebreaks" section of
http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/DavidMontgomery/MyMoinMoinTweaks
might be useful.  But it might be simpler to just format
this text with a leading <space><period><space>, like this

 . line one
 . line two
