So, looking at antispam.py, I see references to:

  http://www.jayallen.org/comment_spam/blacklist.txt

This in on Debian Sarge (Moin v1.3.4-3).  That URL no longer exists, so
I'm inclined to believe that my anitspam.py is pre-broken. ;-)

Is there an alternate URL to be using?
