[Moin-user] Permissions problem

Just checked. The path is /usr/bin/python and that is correct on Fedora.

[root at python:/usr/local/var/moin/diwiki/cgi-bin]# ll
total 16
-rwxrwxrwx  1 apache apache 1034 Feb 23 15:00 moin.cgi
