[Moin-user] reference ot external file possible?

Hello Juergen,

now I understand. My problem is, that I want to use the Desktop Edition without the web server in between, so I need a way to integrate files not served by MoinMoin. I have finished my solution, so stay tuned, I will send it in a few days.
