[Moin-user] UserPreferences help

Does this password auth patch already exist somewhere?  Is t his the
patch that will replace the navi_bar links with self-selected
bookmarks?  I really like this idea, and would love to have it -- can
I patch this feature into my current installatio (1.108)?  thanks,
