[Moin-user] Upgrade 0.9 to 0.10

Hi

I have an existing MoinMoin Wiki running under 0.9 and want to upgrade it to
0.10.  Two questions:

- How do I get my data across to the 0.10 install?  
- Do I need to modify anything else other than config.py?
