[Moin-user] Mail subscription (11Beta)

I subscribed to a page and then edited it.  When I saved the page told me that no one was subscribed to the page so no mail was sent.  I have both "mail_from" and "mail_smarthost" set in moin_config.py.

I know my mailserver works as I just used it to have MoinMoin send me my account info.

Any advice appreciated.
