[Moin-user] Line break behaviour

Hey everyone,

I'd like to modify moin so it adds <br> tags for linefeeds in text
passages like this:

---
One line
Another line
A third line
---

I'm aware of the [[BR]] tag, but using that feels sort of anti-Wikish,
IMO. What is the most straight forward way of modifying moin's code so I
can change this?
