[Moin-user] URL transformation?

allow me this simple question:

given an URL http://<host>:<port>/moin/cgi-bin/PaperClip:

1.  if it _should_ look like
    http://<host>:<port>/moin/cgi-bin/moin.cgi?PaperClip or somesuch, how
would apache be configured to make it work for viewing, editing etc. the
moin way?

2.  where is this configured in moin given i can talk my httpd into serving
it the moin-way?
