[Moin-user] multiple wiki mods

Hi-

I'm working with multiple wikis on one site. 
A couple of minor changes would help:
  * configurable location of intermap.txt
  * configurable location of the 'user' directory
The idea is to share those items among the wikis.
It looks like these can be implemented easily
with new (optional) entries in moin_config.py
