[Moin-devel] my patch for pygdchart

MoinMoin can use gdchart to show a page stats picture. This patch for
pygdchart 0.6.1 and gdchart 0.11.1dev can enable use freetype fonts, no
longer limited to the default dot-matrix english fonts.
Hope this is a good news for some Asia MoinMoin users.
