[Moin-devel] add space doesn't on sub page wiki name

When you use the UserPreference "Add spaces to displaed wiki names"
it doesn't add a space to "/SubPages" but it does add space to 
"HelpOnEditing/SubPages".

Also any comments on why, 
"Please do all of us a favour and don't create the /ThirdLevel pages!"
