[Microbit-Python] A working TouchDevelop Python editor

We should organise a hack day for the editor sometime over August.

Turns about the Ace editor already has a rather comprehensive snippets
module built in. It should be relatively easy to wrap this in a kid
friendly and obvious UI.

At the front of my mind is how easy it might be to set up a development
environment.
