Message-ID: A bunch (about 25) of us had a Freelancer's BoF and there was desire to create a mailing list to continue the discussion. We envision this list as a place for the freelance community working in Python to share ideas, best practices and generally support each other. It will be non-commercial in nature. No strong feelings if this is a SIG or just plain old mailing list. -- Peter Fein | wearpants.org | @wearpants I read email at the start and end of each day. SIGs are mostly for activities "sponsored" by the PSF, so I'd suggest a plain mailing list, which you can get by asking postmaster at python.org. I suggest making sure you fill out the list description carefully to get the kind of discussion you want (and you should certainly moderate subscription requests, I'm getting lots of spam subscriptions on my lists these days). -- Aahz (aahz at pythoncraft.com) <*> http://www.pythoncraft.com/ Why is this newsgroup different from all other newsgroups?
