[melbourne-pug] PyCon Rehearsal Date- and Venue

I'm happy to present my tutorial but am happy to give others the space. If
a time is chosen and I'm free, I'll come. I expect that's the situation for
a lot of people -- we just need someone to organise the actual booking.
