[melbourne-pug] dicts not always printing (and thus processing) in the same order they were created in (or, Im doing it WRONG ????)

It'd be pretty fun to have a mode for the interpreter such that, if, when a
particular property was 'undefined', the implementation did it's best to
make sure it was a undefined as possible.
