I've been happy with this company:  http://www.crucial.com.au/

My aussie VPS costs a bit more than the ones in the US, but it also
seems to have a bit more disk io / cpu.  The service has been good.
It's been pretty reliable.  Current uptime is 304 days.  I use it every
day for email, web server, etc.  They do charge for going over the monthly
transfer limit.
