[melbourne-pug] Facebook group for MPUG created

Thanks to everyone who's put in their availability. It looks like it will
happen on a Tuesday, either:

Tue 14th (11 votes)
Tue 21st (11 votes)
Tue 28th (10 votes)

This will mean some folks can't make it this time, which was inevitable
given our busy schedules. Sorry guys!

Can anyone who's lurking but hasn't put their availability in put it in for
these three days? If we don't have a clear winner by tomorrow, I'll randomly
suggest we settle on Tue 21st.
