Patch was posted today.

Yes - views of large rosters would be aided by the sublist and search 
capabilities that are found on the current membership management pages.

Speaking of fullname, how about adding a "required" option for the full 
name field in the enrollment system? If the fullname is not included in an 
email request for membership, send the requester to the web interface 
rather than accept partial information. The "required" attribute could be 
applied similarly to other member attributes it the list was so configured.
