[Mailman] Development mailing list for pandas

I would like to set up a mailing list for the pandas project
(http://github.com/pydata/pandas) as development has grown so active
on GitHub that more higher level management and discussion is becoming
necessary. Would you be willing to set up pandas-dev at python.org for
our use?
