[Mailman] Bug in Mailman version 2.1.7

*This is the message that I receive each time I try to configure my Sanskrit
mail to UTF-8:*
Bug in Mailman version 2.1.7 We're sorry, we hit a bug!

*Because of this I only can see the Devanagari as interrogation points. I
have seen my Browse tools and all is fine.*
