There's a script at <https://www.msapiro.net/scripts/clone_list>
(mirrored at <https://fog.ccsf.edu/~msapiro/scripts/clone_list>) which
will create a duplicate list with a new name. It has options to
duplicate the membership and archives. There will be issues with the
archives as discussed in the script's help.
You can also do it manually by renaming lists/<listname>,
archives/private/<listname>/, archives/private/<listname>.mbox/ and
archives/private/<listname>.mbox/<listname>.mbox and changing the list's
real_name attribute and rebuilding or manually fixing archive links.
