[Mailman-Users] Some patterns for ban_list and script to automatically update it

Hello Mailman-Users,

to cope with the still ongoing subscription spam I've started to maintain
a list of patterns and a script to automatically load them to a list (in
case to can't/don't want to use GLOBAL_BAN_LIST).
