The message was discarded by a handler in the incoming pipeline. See
<https://mail.python.org/pipermail/mailman-users/2016-July/081004.html>
for a list of handlers and reasons.

The usual reason is an HTML only post to a list that doesn't accept HTML
causing content filtering to remove the entire message, but it may be
something else.
