The server name does not need to be connected to the domain the mail is 
'from'. My outgoing mail uses an outgoing SMTP server not in anyway 
connected to my domain. If someone REALLY wants their mail to fully 
appear (even to people digging into headers and server logs) as if it is 
coming through a dedicated mail path, then they are going to need to pay 
their MSP for the additional IP addresses to make that happen.
