In that case, they would be against Postorius. See
<http://postorius.readthedocs.org/en/latest/development.html> although
that is out of date as it refers to Postorius being hosted on Launchpad,
and it is now on gitlab <https://gitlab.com/mailman/postorius>.

The best way to contact Postorius developers is either the
mailman-developers at python.org list or the freenode irc channel #mailman.
