Unfortunately, Leon is using Mailman 3 and from_is_list is not yet
available in Mailman 3. There is a branch that implements this at
<https://gitlab.com/msapiro/mailman/tree/dmarc> and a merge request at
<https://gitlab.com/mailman/mailman/merge_requests/215>, but currently
that is targeted for Mailman 3.2
