[Mailman-Users] Can the list prefix placed at the end of the subject line?

No, there is no option/setting for this and it is unlikely that there
will be one.

You could look at the code in the prefix_subject() function in
Mailman/Handlers/CookHeaders.py if you're interested in implementing it.
