And, as we know, since no program is finished until the programmer dies,
I have added an additional option to copy the archives as well.

I also added more to the help description to indicate the script needs
to be installed in Mailman's bin/ directory and that there are still
issues in copied archives due to links still pointing to the old list.

I considered adding a --remove option to remove the old list after
cloning to make it a 'rename' process, but decided against that both
because of the archive issues in the new list and because one can always
easily remove the old list with bin/rmlist anyway.
