[Mailman-Users] adding a security log

Hi all,
I just see the useful mailman fail2ban jail posted bu jimpop :

But I don't figure out how to add a mailman security log which will 
contain Authentication Failure entries,
and a web search don't return anything.

Can someone explain me how to do that ?
