[Mailman-Users] Changing existing real_name & host_name

Hello, I'm running a List for a client since a couple of years without
problem, but my client decided to change his company's brand name...

I already edited most instances of previous brand name and what is left are
the  real_name & host_name entries.

Is there a guided howto for doing so or is it simpler than it appears?
