Run Mailman's

bin/arch --wipe LISTNAME

but first make sure that archives/private/LISTNAME.mbox/LISTNAME.mbox
exists and contains the full archive, and maybe check for unescaped
"From " lines with bin/cleanarch. See <http://wiki.list.org/x/oIA9>.
