These issues are almost never Mailman issues per se. You or the host
need to check Mailman's bounce log for bounces and the outgoing MTA log
to see if the messages are being accepted by the recipient's MX servers.
If they are not being accepted, there may be enough info in the reject
reasons to figure something out. If they are being accepted, there's
probably not much you can do short term.
