[Mailman-Users] unable to start Mailman

In my log, it shows the following:

Nov 04 12:45:59 2013 mailmanctl(18104): Site list is missing: mailman
Nov 04 12:45:59 2013 (18104) Site list is missing: mailman

Any idea?
