[Mailman-Users] "to" address

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to have Mailman 2.1.15 put the
actual email address of the list message in the "To:" address so that the
"hard" or "explicit" email address that the message is going out of Mailman
to is their email address.

 

Let me know if there is anything else needed to clarify this request.
