Is the problem that the sender is a member of your list and when he
attempts to post to the list he receives this DSN?

If so, googlemail is telling him that his message could not be
delivered to sayeverything at sayeverything.org, although it presumably
was delivered to accessindia at accessindia.org.in. Which of these is
your list?

It is not like gmail/googlemail to not include some reason for the
non-delivery. Are you sure that what you posted is the complete
message the user received from googlemail?

Without knowing why googlemail can't deliver the message, it's hard to
suggest possible remedies.
