Ugh, that is a problem.  The best solution I can think of is to put it
in the fullname in the email address:

    To: "Mr. Patrick McEvoy" <pmcevoy at silvacapitalmanagement.com>

I'm pretty sure there is already a formatting sequence to insert
fullname.

Unfortunately, Mailman is not designed to be a customer relationship
management system, so whatever you do will be something of a kludge.
