[Mailman-Users] Hangs when trying to start mailman as root

It appears that the Python library function grp.getgrall() is hanging
or looping.

What happens if as root you invoke the Python command in the shebang
line of bin/mailmanctl and then do

>>> print '%r' grp.getgrall()
