Are the timestamps on /etc/mailman/virtual-mailman.db and
/etc/mailman/aliases.db as recent as those on
/etc/mailman/virtual-mailman and /etc/mailman/aliases.

The mail is being piped to the dovecot LDA instead of being delivered
by Postfix's 'local' delivery agent. Postfix's local would consult
/etc/mailman/aliases.db, but the dovecot LDA apparently does not.

There is probably something in Postfix's transport_maps that tells
Postfix to use the dovecot transport for this domain. You may need to
override this for list addresses. See the FAQ at
<http://wiki.list.org/x/ZoCj> for hints on how to do this.
