[Mailman-Users] Enabling Mailinglist Archive

I just searched a bit through this lists archive.
I found this post:

I just did a "ps ax" and saw quite few "qrunner" processes, but no
archrunner process.
Could this be the reason?

How do I start the archrunner process?
