THIS VERY POINT makes me think, think and think......
This is a multidomain system, so have virtual domain
structure. Now I have already the list at mydomain.com,
list-request at mydomain.com physically exist in my mail
system, otherwise postfix sent error that the recipient
address was not known.

I already have this at master.cf

mailman   unix  -       n       n       -       -       pipe
  flags=FR user=list argv=/etc/mailman/postfix-to-mailman.py
  ${nexthop} ${user}

But no luck yet...
